This is ONLY a crewed charter with professional captain - no bareboat option available. The captain is always included in the price and handles all navigation, safety, and yacht operation.
Your captain is an experienced local professional who knows the Adriatic waters intimately, ensuring your safety while providing insider knowledge of the best anchorages, restaurants, and hidden gems. This allows you to relax completely and enjoy your charter without any sailing responsibilities.
Fuel is NOT included in the charter price and is calculated separately based on actual consumption. This depends on:
We provide an estimated fuel cost during the booking process based on your planned itinerary. The Azimut 68S consumes approximately 250 liters per hour when cruising.

Safety is our top priority. The captain has final authority on whether conditions are safe for departure.
For day charters: If weather makes departure unsafe, we offer full rescheduling to another available date or full refund. We monitor forecasts closely and communicate with you 24-48 hours before departure.
For weekly charters: Minor weather delays are handled by adjusting the itinerary (different bays, alternative routes). If major weather makes the charter impossible, we work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
Note: Light rain or cloudy weather does not constitute cancellation - the yacht is fully equipped with covered areas. Only unsafe sea conditions (high winds, storms) trigger cancellations.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card (3% processing fee), or cash EUR.
Security deposit covers any damages, excess fuel consumption, or violations of marina rules. Fully refunded if yacht is returned in good condition.
All charters depart from and return to Piran Marina in Piran, Slovenia.
Getting to Piran:
We'll send exact marina coordinates and meeting point details upon booking confirmation. The captain will meet you at the yacht for embarkation.
Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
Yes, valid passports required for all guests. We cross international borders between Slovenia, Croatia, and potentially Italy.
Requirements:
The captain handles all border clearance procedures. You'll need to keep your passport with you during the charter for potential checks by coast guard or border police.
Routes to Italy (Gulf of Trieste) depend on current border/customs procedures and weather. The captain will advise on the best options for your charter.
